These shoes are adorable! I got a size 9 but my back foot didn't fit and blocked the zipper. I suggest if ordering, get a size bigger. :)

The faux suede is very soft to the touch. In some cases the faux fur can be very rough and tough, but that isn't the case here. My problem - the zipper. The zipper gets stuck. It won't zip all the way down or up. The style of the shoe is cute, but not worth keeping because of the zipper problems.

There is no way the shaft is 16". I have 14.5" calves and I can BARELY zip these up. The material looks cheap in person. Returning.
